Now the question is how do you actually get a 2 year to wear her glasses. I can't get this 2 year old to stop chucking her scrambled eggs into the Xmas tree. So you could say she's not very co-operative. I bribe her to put the glasses on in the morning by offering her a piece of gum. That lasts about an hour. More if she's distracted.
Scrambled eggs in the Christmas tree - NICE!! I couldn't imagine trying to keep glasses on a two year old's face. Luckily for us - Connor can't see anything without his, so always has his own - we actually often find him wearing them while he sleeps. Kaelan, on the other hand, doesn't know where her glasses are!!!
ReplyDeleteI got glasses when I was five or so and didn't wear them until I was 18! Just stay strong and it will eventually become second nature to Billi. Or maybe try those prescription sports goggles that could be strapped on tight...
